Requirements: * Proven experience in the Technical Support N1/N2 role; * Completed technical course in computer equipment maintenance; * Knowledge of ITIL and other information technology practices; * Experience in infrastructure and network support; * Proficiency in GLPI and ITSM tools; * User support skills; * Technical course in computer equipment maintenance; * Certifications will be considered a plus; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical ability and strong interpersonal skills complete the profile. Responsibilities: * Provide Technical Support N1/N2 in accordance with organizational standards; * Support users by identifying and resolving issues. * Manage and resolve tickets using tools such as GLPI; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment; * Document and share technical support knowledge to contribute to continuous process improvement.
