Support management in making strategic decisions **About the Position** ---------------- We are seeking a **Planning Analyst** to support operations related to the Light contract, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in operational routines. The professional will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and analyzing field activity planning, as well as supporting management in making strategic decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and update operational schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Plan and allocate teams according to demand, productivity, and available resources. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, productivity, service calls handled, work orders completed). * Conduct analyses and prepare management reports for supervision, coordination, and executive leadership. * Update internal systems and platforms used by Light. * Assist in contractual measurement processes, verifying data and ensuring compliance. * Coordinate operational requirements with support departments (HR, Fleet, Warehouse, and Safety). * Support team mobilization and demobilization processes. * Attend internal and external meetings when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Experience in operational planning. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. * Clear and concise communication skills. **Additional Information** TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE MEAL ALLOWANCE FOOD ALLOWANCE HEALTH INSURANCE LIFE INSURANCE DENTAL PLAN Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in restoring historical and cultural heritage, building retrofits, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
