Ensure implementation of the management system and compliance with safety regulations An engineering and infrastructure company is seeking a Construction Manager in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage construction projects in accordance with contractual guidelines, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality. Monitor physical\-financial performance of contracts. Define and execute operational strategies for construction projects. Coordinate technical teams and optimize resources. Ensure implementation of the management system and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Support commercial and procurement departments in proposals, negotiations, and technical specifications. Be responsible for operational planning and contractual execution until project closure. Represent the company technically before clients and partners. Perform other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Construction Supervisor, Construction Administrator, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
