Development and delivery of safety training A construction company seeks an Occupational Safety Supervisor in downtown Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and/or implement activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), guiding technical teams on operational methods and processes, and proposing preventive, corrective, and specific measures. Prepare and deliver training related to working and environmental conditions, such as use of personal protective equipment, first aid, fire suppression, etc., to raise awareness regarding targeted prevention. Develop and propose audit programs, identifying potential fire hazards, unsafe acts, and other dangers, to provide recommendations ensuring personnel physical integrity and occupational health, as well as environmental preservation. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Coordinator, Occupational Safety Manager, Occupational Safety Leader, or Occupational Safety Specialist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
