Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Technician with strong field presence to engage technical teams, build customer relationships, and serve as a bridge between operations and administrative departments. Preventive and corrective maintenance planning We seek a candidate with strong field presence, capable of engaging technical teams and building customer relationships, acting as a bridge between operations and administrative departments. * Technical education in Electrical Engineering (completed or ongoing); * Prior experience as an Electrical Technician; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (basic/intermediate Excel); * Customer relationship skills and leadership ability for field teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of a technical team (8 to 10 technicians); * Monitoring of fixed and ad-hoc contracts in the region; * Liaison with finance, maintenance, and customers; * Preventive and corrective planning of maintenance operations; * Responsible for ensuring execution and control of technical routines at customer sites. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: B Willingness to travel
