We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer** with solid experience in **C\# and .NET** to work on high-impact projects, directly contributing to the evolution and modernization of our solutions. This professional will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle—from gathering user requirements to solution delivery—with autonomy to lead projects end-to-end. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain applications using C\# and .NET (Framework/Core); * Work with WinForms (desirable) and DevExpress within a proprietary framework; * Collaborate closely with users to identify needs and define technical solutions; * Ensure adherence to best development practices, documentation standards, and quality assurance; * Lead projects autonomously, with critical thinking and a results-driven mindset; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an environment of continuous learning and innovation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in C\# and .NET (Framework/Core) development; * Analytical, communicative, and proactive mindset; * Prior experience with WinForms and DevExpress is desirable; * Advanced English proficiency; * Spanish is a plus.
