KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ✔ Process and calculate high-volume payrolls. ✔ Generate DCTF Web, financial statements, and reports. ✔ Handle eSocial, hiring, termination, vacations, and benefits. ✔ Experience with Senior or Domínio systems is a plus. ✔ Optimize processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. **? REQUIREMENTS** ✔ Completed undergraduate degree ✔ Proven HR experience ✔ Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing. ✔ Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). ✔ Ability to manage high-volume workloads. ✔ Analytical, proactive, disciplined, and leadership profile.
