IBAM is an institution dedicated to research and development of solutions for public administration. It operates across multiple areas, promoting capacity building and innovation in the public sector. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and provide technical support for the goals and activities outlined in the Municipal Energy Management Project (GEM), in coordination with the Technical and General Coordination. Produce technical reports, technical notes, and expert opinions regarding projects and initiatives, aligned with the defined goals and activities. Contribute to the formulation of public policies and programs focused on Municipal Energy Management (GEM). Engage with the public sector, companies, sectoral associations, and partner institutions to implement planned actions. Previous experience as an Energy Engineer, Electrical Systems Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or Electrical Projects Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
