




**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * 5 (five) years of experience in project management, or data analysis, or finance/business analysis, or business processes (value stream mapping, as\-is to\-be modeling, etc.), or equivalent subject to approval by supervision; or 2 years of experience in risk analysis; * Advanced Excel knowledge for handling large volumes of data; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and the ability to tell a compelling story that brings together all stakeholders; * Knowledge of MIRO, Vision, and other process mapping software; * Customer\- and data\-obsessed, always learning and refining your plan to deliver user insights and maximum business impact; * A sense of ownership and personal accountability, along with the ability to manage deadlines and internal stakeholders’ expectations; * Experience in planning and control, process development, and reengineering; * Develop and operationalize data/metrics (e.g., requirements for business outcomes and value generation). **EDUCATION** * **Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Valid registration with the respective professional council;** * **Microsoft\-certified POWER BI professional (exams 70\-778, PL\-330, 70\-799 or equivalent).** **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * SQL knowledge for database querying and analysis generation; **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze business processes (as\-is), anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities; * Map processes, including: Execution methodology for each service; Activity flow mapping according to the 5W1H methodology; Process design; Flowcharts; Descriptive texts; Identification of critical tasks; Development of standards for the management system; * Review and organize requirements, design processes (to\-be), validate, verify information, and identify potential solutions; * Validate solutions to meet business needs and requirements, remove constraints, adoption barriers, and result measurement obstacles; * Analyze key KPIs of the Executive Management value chain, ensuring their quality and accuracy; * Create analytical dashboards and data quality verification dashboards for use by Integrated Planning and Control teams; * Understand technical details and produce clear, visual PowerPoint summaries for executive overviews, and detailed Word documents for communication across all hierarchical levels; * Establish clear decision\-making options representing multiple stakeholder perspectives, guiding toward action; * Interpret data and analyze how assets perform across the value chain: execution, deviations, trends, and projections; * And other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
