Job Summary: Work as a Senior Pre- and Post-Operation Engineer within the Operations team, responsible for managing, monitoring, and analyzing events and processes related to electric power transmission. Key Highlights: 1. Event management and monitoring with Variable Portion (PV) via SATRA system. 2. Analysis of outages and disturbances, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. 3. Planning and coordination of interventions in the transmission system. We are seeking a **Senior Pre- and Post-Operation Engineer** to join our **Operations** team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management and monitoring of events with Variable Portion (PVI) via SATRA system, including impact forecasting prior to interventions and preparation of technical rebuttal reports. * Management of transmission accounting through SAAT, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance. * Analysis of outages and disturbances, preparing internal reports, jointly identifying root causes with technical departments, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Management of disturbances in ONS systems (SIPER) and tracking of corrective measures through SGP, coordinating responses with technical departments. * Planning and coordination of interventions in the transmission system (scheduled and emergency), interfacing with field teams, ONS, and other agents, including registration and documentation. * Assessment of operational and regulatory risks associated with interventions, including PV impacts, and development of switching programs. * Preparation, review, and management of operational documents, such as Operational Procedures and Operational Agreements. * Monitoring and improvement of performance indicators (internal and regulatory), including tracking the Results Plan with ANEEL. * Management of reinforcement and improvement processes through SGPMR, including monitoring of construction projects and analysis of access requests from new agents. * Management of integration processes for new assets with internal departments, interacting with ONS and external agents. * Development of tools, automations, and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for data analysis, operational efficiency enhancement, and decision-making support. * Analysis of operational and performance data, identifying deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. * Preparation of technical reports and managerial presentations to support decision-making and interface with internal and external stakeholders. * Monitoring of pre- and post-operation topics with ABRATE. * Management of inspection processes with the company’s technical departments. * Conducting internal training sessions and workshops on regulatory and operational topics for real-time and technical support teams. * Participation in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Solid knowledge of electric power transmission system operations, including pre- and post-operation processes. * Proficiency in ONS Grid Procedures, with emphasis on modules applicable to real-time operation, scheduling, and post-operation. * Knowledge of Brazilian electricity sector regulation, especially in the transmission segment (ANEEL and ONS). * Experience interfacing and negotiating with ONS and other electricity sector agents. * Practical experience in disturbance analysis, transmission system interventions, and operational risk assessment. * Familiarity with operational and regulatory performance indicators, including Variable Portion (PV). * Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). * Knowledge of programming languages and/or database query tools (e.g., SQL, Python or similar) for extraction, processing, and analysis of operational data. * Project management experience, including planning, schedule tracking, and risk management. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit (Meal/Food) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Profit Sharing (PLR) Mobility Benefit Gympass Birthday Leave Short Friday Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) **About Evoltz** Founded in 2018, Evoltz is responsible for operating eleven transmission lines totaling 3\.561 km across ten Brazilian states.
