Build and represent the institutional impact narrative Impact Measurement Coordination Position Description: Institutionally lead the Management and Implementation of Impact Measurement Cycles of Ação da Cidadania, ensuring consistency with the Theory of Change, strengthened governance, methodological quality, and strategic use of data for management, organizational learning, and decision-making. Responsibilities: * + Serve as custodian of the Theory of Change and institutional Indicator Matrix; * + Define strategic guidelines, priorities, and scope of impact measurement; * + Structure and coordinate data cycle governance (roles, flows, validations, and usage); * + Provide technical supervision to the Technical Impact Measurement Unit; + Ensure methodological consistency, institutional alignment, and quality of analyses; * + Build, consolidate, and represent the institutional impact narrative; + Act as interface with the Board of Directors, funders, strategic partners, and external forums; * + Lead the layer of indicator translation into external frameworks (e.g., ISSB), always subordinate to the institutional mission; * + Support evidence-based strategic decision-making; + Represent Ação da Cidadania institutionally in technical and strategic agendas related to impact. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related areas; + Solid experience (minimum 7 years) in impact measurement, evaluation, project management, or related fields; + Knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) methodologies; + Ability to interpret and engage with external frameworks (e.g., ISSB, ESG, public policies) without compromising the institutional mission.
