Job Purpose Responsible for supporting the development of data analyses and models, performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), implementing basic machine learning models, validating results, and creating visualizations to communicate insights. Works collaboratively with technical and business teams, documenting processes and adhering to best practices in data science and ethical use of information. Job Description * Support the development of data analyses and models for well-defined problems. * Perform data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analyses and modeling. * Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and opportunities. * Implement basic statistical or machine learning models, under team guidance. * Assist in evaluating and validating models and results. * Create visualizations and reports to clearly communicate insights. * Document code, analyses, and learnings following team standards. * Collaborate with more experienced data scientists, data engineers, and business areas. * Learn and apply best practices in data science, ethics, and responsible data usage. You are meant for this job if: * Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Experience in data science or analytics, with knowledge of Python (or R) and SQL. * Desired knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and Microsoft Azure * Advanced English proficiency * Basic understanding of machine learning applied to simple problems.
