




Job Summary: An R&S professional responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to new employee onboarding, with a focus on technical areas. Conduct technical and specialized profile selection **Job Description:** ---------------------- 1\. Execute the entire R\&S workflow, from role alignment to hiring. 2\. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and external partnerships. 3\. Conduct screenings, individual interviews, and group dynamics. 4\. Administer behavioral and situational assessments per Solar's methodology. 5\. Forward approved candidates for medical exams and documentation. 6\. Actively participate in new employee onboarding. 7\. Support R\&S processes specific to technical areas (Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations, etc.). 8\. Monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-hire, SLA, stage conversion rate, 90-day turnover). 9\. Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities on LinkedIn and other channels. 10\. Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and partner institutions. 11\. Use HR/IA systems for candidate tracking and reporting. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ 1\. Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2\. Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. 3\. Familiarity with behavioral interviews and screening tools. 4\. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- 1\. Experience in R\&S within healthcare, home care, or high-operational-demand companies. 2\. Knowledge of People Analytics and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 3\. Experience selecting nursing and technical profiles. 4\.
