We are a boulangerie and pâtisserie that values detail, the aroma of freshly baked bread, and the warm welcome extended to every visitor. We are looking for someone who wishes to grow with us and understands that serving is an art. Your Responsibilities (Activities): The routine is dynamic and requires constant attention to the sales floor and operational processes: Consultative Service: Greet customers, explain our artisanal products, and suggest appealing combinations. Operations: Operate the cash register attentively and prepare coffee-based beverages (we’ll train you on our standards!). Stewardship and Hygiene (Essential): Thorough cleaning of the sales floor, including display cases, shelves, and cabinets. Cleaning of equipment (oven and coffee machine). Organization of support areas (kitchenette, freight elevator, and sink). Washing, drying, and storing all tableware used by customers. What We Seek (Profile): Autonomy: This is the primary requirement for this role. We seek someone who identifies tasks needing attention without being reminded. If you dislike standing idle waiting for instructions, this is the place for you. Attitude: A communicative, kind, and proactive individual. Attention to Detail: Someone with an “owner’s eye” for spatial organization. Availability: For overtime (with advance notice) and a 6x1 work schedule. Work Hours (6x1 Schedule): - Mondays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM - Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM - Wednesdays: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Fridays: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM - Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM Fixed lunch break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (except Saturday).
