Job Summary: Responsible for researching, qualifying, negotiating with, and monitoring suppliers of materials, goods, and services to achieve optimal acquisition conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier research and qualification 2. Negotiation of supply terms 3. Monitoring of procurement and delivery processes Main Responsibilities: * Research, qualify, and select new suppliers of materials, goods, and services. * Negotiate supply terms with suppliers—especially payment terms—to secure the best possible acquisition conditions. * Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, while monitoring delivery processes and ensuring final compliance with negotiated terms. * Assist in defining and monitoring service-level metrics for evaluating suppliers under their management.
