Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as an** **ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – ANIMAL PRODUCTION: POULTRY AND SWINE | TPOA: MILK, EGGS, AND HONEY | TPOA: MEAT AND POULTRY – ARACAJU** **are:** * Serve as the primary agent for implementing our educational institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process and fully executing the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet all deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as those set by the respective course coordinator; * Record attendance, lesson content, student academic activity results, and other curriculum-related information in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe defined by the academic calendar; * Support preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Guide students in their final course projects; * Apply active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering lectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization: **VETERINARY MEDICINE**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject area; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * A current Lattes CV is mandatory; outdated CVs constitute grounds for disqualification.
