Implementation of safety standards in ground operations Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and scanning to retrieve fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the ramp. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Perform segregation of baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), ensuring correct loading into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for the appropriate flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following procedures and standards outlined in the MGO, as well as recommendations for special handling (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections through reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise cargo and baggage packaging to verify proper suitability for transport, thereby ensuring flight safety and the safety of personnel handling the items; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo into aircraft holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Guide non-motorized equipment during docking procedures to prevent collisions with the aircraft fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes based on service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574699
