





**Description** We are looking for a professional to work as an Offshore Support Vessel SMS Coordinator in Aracaju with availability for travel. **Responsibilities and duties** Represent the company before clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Coordinate accident investigation processes; Review, implement, and comply with quality, safety, environment, and health management programs; Coordinate and develop environmental, health, and occupational safety programs; Ensure a system compliant with applicable ISM requirements, regulatory requirements, and international standards; Support the maintenance of certifications already achieved by the Company; Prepare summaries of audit reports, customer complaints, non-conformance reports, and other relevant records for management review; Lead and attend QSMS meetings; Develop activities related to the project, update, control, and delivery of legal instruments developed by the quality, safety, and environmental prevention system; Eliminate risks that adversely affect employee safety, health, and the environment; Ensure workplace assessments are conducted to minimize any health or industrial hygiene risks; Guarantee the proper distribution and compliance with the Company's safety programs (WISE, pre-task, safety meetings, work permits, near-miss reporting, etc.); Review and publish appropriate safety alerts and notices; Monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective actions regarding unsafe acts and conditions; Ensure employees are using proper PPE and receiving adequate training on their use; Perform other activities of similar nature and complexity at the discretion of their supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed Good level of English (will be tested) Previous experience in the role and in the maritime or offshore sector. Reside in or have easy access to Aracaju Availability for travel
