Develop and implement process improvements Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever considered taking your career to new heights with the World’s Best Airline? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **** The Crew Member will join our **Line Maintenance** team at our **AJU** base, located in **Aracaju/SE**. * Guide the team to perform their activities in an orderly manner, focusing on cleanliness and organization of work areas and discipline among personnel under your supervision; aiming to comply with all regulations and procedures; * Strategically interact with other departments — Planning, MCC, Procurement, and GSEs — to coordinate efforts toward achieving operational objectives; * Motivate the team regarding Participatory Management to improve processes and develop the base; * Actively participate in implementing new processes and system computerization; * Develop and be responsible for updating operational performance and cost indicators for administrative/managerial control of the base; * Evaluate the team and apply feedback techniques so they are aware of positive results achieved and development opportunities; * Perform Mandatory Inspection Activities (IIO) or Aircraft Release for Return to Service (APRS), when authorized and required; * Practice self-development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Bring in Your Luggage (Prerequisites):** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * 3 CHTs — Technical Qualification Certificates; * APRS/IIO certified; * Computer skills: Microsoft Office (basic); * English — Ability to read, interpret, write complex texts, and speak fluently; * Leadership experience in Line Maintenance roles. **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Run-Up — Aircraft-specific training courses for aircraft currently in operation. **Interested in Our Challenge?
