This professional must have strong analytical skills, systemic vision, communication and leadership abilities, and knowledge in process management methodologies, such as Business Process Management (BPM) \- Business Process Management. * **Map and redesign processes:** Analyzes and documents existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities. * **Optimize processes:** Implements changes to eliminate bottlenecks, waste, and failures, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. * **Monitor performance:** Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and quality. * **Lead change:** Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, coordinates digital transformation and automation initiatives, and facilitates communication between different departments. * **Manage risks and controls:** May be responsible for internal control practices and risk management, as well as ensuring compliance and updating business rules.
