Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant supports operational activities within the logistics department, ensuring proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Separates and organizes volumes by patient in vehicles 2. Performs deliveries and pickups of materials and medical records 3. Executes assembly and disassembly of home care structures The Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting operational activities in the logistics department, ensuring accurate storage, handling, and distribution of materials. This professional works under supervision, performing tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the logistics department. * Separate and organize volumes (materials, medications, and diets) by patient, properly packing them into vehicles; * Perform regular and additional deliveries of kits, materials, and medications according to route; * Collect medical records from patients' residences for submission to billing; * Perform assembly and disassembly of home care structures at patients' residences; * During assembly: separate, sanitize, organize, and transport equipment, ensuring proper and safe installation of the environment; * During disassembly: verify all items against the checklist, ensuring correct collection of equipment and accessories; * Collect hospital waste weekly from patients' residences according to the defined route; * Properly package waste in drums and direct them to the appropriate location; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and furniture; * Identify maintenance needs and request materials from immediate management; * Organize and support the distribution of furniture among branches; * Maintain vehicles, equipment, and materials used in operations.
