Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person, Teams-based, or telephone customer service for the department; * Handle customer requests submitted via the Ellevo platform; * Serve customers with agility, promptness, and courtesy; * Sort and distribute transportation vouchers; * Sort and distribute benefit cards; * Digitally archive documents on the Próton platform; * Retrieve HR system documents to support the Legal Department and send them digitally; * Produce employee identification badges; * Assist with general document typing and spreadsheet creation/maintenance; * Dispatch and receive documents via internal mail; * Physically archive documents when required; * Support new employee onboarding and schedule Term of Termination signing sessions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields**; * Must maintain active enrollment at any higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Must be enrolled from the 3rd semester onward and no more than one year away from graduation; * Availability for working hours preferably from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (including lunch break). **Additional information** * Career development; * Mentoring; * Participation in projects; * Systemic business perspective; * Market-competitive internship allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance.
