CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT IN A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, outlets, motors, and fans; test equipment operation. Repair leaks, unclog drains, replace faucets, traps, and valves. Adjust doors and windows, repair ceilings, regrout tiles, paint walls, and seal cracks. Maintain glass surfaces, facades, and technical areas; clean and treat swimming pools. Dilute and dose cleaning products according to instructions; control inventory and request restocking. Assemble scaffolding/swing stages, use PPE, isolate work areas, and comply with NR-10, NR-35, and NR-18 regulations. Respond to service requests from reception, housekeeping, and F&B, prioritizing occupied rooms to avoid guest inconvenience. Perform routine preventive maintenance and document actions. Coordinate repairs with housekeeping and events teams to avoid disruption of activities. Ensure guest comfort and safety: maintain emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and signage in compliance with regulations. **Requirements:** High school diploma Completed technical education in Building Construction. Practical experience in maintenance (residential, commercial, or hospitality) or related short courses will be an advantage.
