Identification of improvements in infrastructure and support services Facilities Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a professional to join our **Facilities** team, responsible for organizing, managing, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s physical infrastructure, guaranteeing that workspaces, equipment, and support services meet requirements for optimal team performance. This professional will play a fundamental role in the company’s operational support, managing suppliers, building maintenance, and organizing resources required for daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and manage **building, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance** services. * Perform **supplier management** for outsourced services (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.). * Manage **facilities service contracts and service requests**. * Monitor demands related to the **infrastructure of company units and departments**. * Request and monitor **budget estimates for maintenance and structural improvements**. * Support the **organization and operation of corporate environments**. * Manage **equipment, furniture, and collectively used company resources**. * Assist with administrative tasks related to company infrastructure. * Identify opportunities for **infrastructure and support service improvements**. Requirements * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in **maintenance management, facilities, or administrative support**. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong problem-solving ability. * Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
