If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Authorize team departures with properly loaded vehicles within the scheduled time; * Monitor operations along routes, maintaining contact with partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries and prevent product returns; * Track area KPIs, analyze trends, propose improvements, and periodically report results to the team; * Ensure vehicle safety conditions by monitoring your team’s completion of checklists/daily logbooks; * Comply with and enforce SGI (Integrated Management System) guidelines: Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Develop your team by imparting organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required for task execution and employee development; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; uphold established safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Minimum three years’ experience in logistics operations; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category "B"; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * SAP knowledge; * ERP or route optimization system knowledge; * Advanced Excel skills; * Team management experience. **Working Hours:** 07:30–12:00, 13:00–17:18, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine service covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
