Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Propriá, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct to be adopted during daily activities, manage shift schedules, and record standby hours; * Request materials and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used by teams; * Monitor OSs (Service Orders) executed by teams to ensure high-quality standards; * Support the operational team in resolving problems or more complex situations to meet identified needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other necessary inspections, applying technical knowledge to water and/or sewage systems; * Manage operational performance indicators and enter operational data into the system; * Initiate regulatory agency processes, coordinating required actions; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring compliance with traffic safety rules and regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Technical Education in Construction, Sanitation, Maintenance, or related fields; or Higher Education in Administration, Sanitation, or related areas. * Preferred: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Driver’s License Category B.
