We seek a person who enjoys interacting with others, pays attention to detail, and is willing to grow alongside the company while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, cappuccino, latte, tea, non-alcoholic drinks, etc.); * Greet and serve customers at the counter courteously and efficiently; * Present the beverage menu, clarify questions, and suggest pairings; * Operate coffee machines and other cafeteria equipment; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar/cafe area, utensils, and equipment; * Assist in inventory control, restocking, and monitoring ingredient expiration dates; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and house standards. **Competencies:** * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Organization, efficiency, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Professional demeanor and accountability; * Interest in learning and developing expertise in the cafeteria field. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Experience preparing cafeteria beverages; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Salary: To be negotiated** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.000,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
