That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform "Service Orders (SO)" according to system availability or immediate management directives, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out activities related to splicing preparation and optical cable testing, supporting the Network Technician and/or Supervisor; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning to ensure customer connectivity and quality; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect utility poles; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks following provided instructions/training to ensure network standardization; * If necessary, perform vegetation trimming/cutting for proper cable deployment or excavation for maintenance or cable deployment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Experience with Backbone Networks; * Valid and active Class B driver's license (CNH B). **Additional Information** * Group Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Giga+ Discount; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Day Off; * Total Pass; * E-learning Platform on Intranet; * Giga Inclusion Assistance; * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card; * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE, offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees.
