We seek a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst N2**, responsible for administering servers (Windows and Linux), networks, and virtualization (VDI and VMware), ensuring environment stability, security, and performance. You will be a **key contributor** in resolving critical incidents, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure seamless, high-quality operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Server and network administration, including diagnosis and resolution of incidents requiring specialized knowledge; maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation. * Execution of defined operational processes for networks, servers, and telecommunications, maintaining stability and performance; * Installation, configuration, and updating of virtual machines in VMware/Horizon environments (operating systems and drivers); * Administration of VDI virtual machines and Thin Clients (VMware); * Management of tape-based on-site backup storage; * Monitoring scheduled jobs (Job Schedule) to prevent failures and ensure service continuity; * Analysis and diagnosis of network/infrastructure incidents, resolving when possible or escalating to the responsible team; * Development and updating of procedures in the knowledge base; * Recording activities in the ServiceNow management tool; * Configuration of VLANs on Cisco access switches; * Adherence to ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management procedures; * Participation in technical meetings with other teams; * Oversight of external vendor teams performing related activities; * Support in diagnosing and configuring telecom devices such as switches and WiFi network equipment; * Handling telephony-related incidents, including fault identification and replacement of telephones, cables, and connectors; * Compliance with NR35 safety regulations to ensure safety during height-related or high-risk operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Knowledge of structured network cabling; * Experience configuring Cisco switches (installation, VLAN management); * Experience administering Windows servers (all versions); * Knowledge of Linux servers; * Experience managing VDI virtual machines and Thin Clients (VMware); * Experience analyzing and diagnosing infrastructure incidents (servers and networks); * Knowledge of backup, restore, and tape storage routines. **Additional Information** Location: Camaçari Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Work Mode: On-site We are an IT&C (Information Technology) services company capable of meeting all your enterprise IT needs.
