In this role, you will directly operate and evolve the technological infrastructure of branches, responsible for ensuring the availability of IT services, connectivity, and technical support across units. Your mission is to ensure branches are always ready to operate—featuring stable networks, functional equipment, resolved tickets, and applied IT standards. ### ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide IT infrastructure support to branches, focusing on connectivity, networks, assets, and vendors. * Monitor internet links, Wi-Fi networks, and physical cabling infrastructure. * Support contract and vendor management for connectivity and IT services, ensuring SLA compliance. * Collaborate with third-party companies responsible for network and local technical support services. * Manage IT tickets related to connectivity, software, hardware, and infrastructure (registration, prioritization, and tracking). * Support IT asset and equipment control (inventory, movements, replacements, and disposal). * Execute and monitor procurement requests for equipment, networking materials, and IT services. * Support identification of recurring failures and propose technical and process improvements. * Support implementation of standards and projects defined by Headquarters across branches. * Monitor IT KPIs (tickets, assets, connectivity, and vendors). * Serve as the focal point for IT infrastructure for branches. * Interact with partner areas (Operations, Information Security, Finance). * Create and maintain controls (reports, spreadsheets, dashboards) for area organization and governance. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT Support and Infrastructure processes. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Information Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in N2 IT Support or IT Infrastructure. * Experience with networks, internet links, and Wi-Fi environments. * Experience managing technology vendors and contracts. * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks (TCP/IP and Wi-Fi). * Familiarity with Ubiquiti is considered a plus. * Experience managing IT assets and inventorying IT equipment. * Analytical ability and familiarity with controls and metrics (Excel / Power BI). * Organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills across diverse areas. * Practical, operational, and adaptable profile suited to dynamic environments. * Resilience and ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands. * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and results orientation. * Availability for on-site work at branches. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in N2 IT Support or Infrastructure. * Experience standardizing IT environments (hardware, network, and connectivity). * Knowledge of telecommunications contracts and IT vendors. * Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational controls.
