A financial services company is seeking a Controller professional in Aracaju (Grajeru). **Responsibilities:** Prepare, monitor, and analyze the corporate budget, forecasts, and actual versus budgeted performance. Develop and monitor management reports and financial indicators (KPIs). Support senior management in strategic decision-making through detailed financial analyses and scenario simulations. Control costs, expenses, and investments, proposing optimization actions and continuous improvements. Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of the company’s financial and accounting information. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments to integrate processes. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, analyzing results. Design and enhance the organization’s controller and financial governance processes.
