Job Summary: The professional will program, adjust, and operate CNC machines, ensuring quality in bending operations, as well as performing maintenance tasks and completing production orders. Knowledge of CNC programming and tooling **Responsibilities:** * Program, adjust, and operate the CNC bending machine, ensuring dimensional tolerances and quality in bending execution. * Verify, sort, and handle materials according to production orders. * Perform setup of the bending machine, respecting load limits and manufacturer guidelines. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as per work instructions. * Identify parts using standard labels. * Perform autonomous machine maintenance, monitoring its operation and notifying leadership in case of anomalies. * Carry out preventive machine maintenance according to available instructions. * Accurately complete production orders, part labels, and maintenance plans. * Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience in the role; * Completed high school education; * Basic mechanics / Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings / CNC Bending Programming course; * Basic Windows operating system knowledge; * Knowledge of CNC programming; * Knowledge of tooling; * Skill in fine adjustments and machine calibration; * Ability to follow technical instructions; * Easy access to São José dos Pinhais, Afonso Pena neighborhood.
