Job Summary: A Crane/Mini-Crane Signaler directs crane operators to safely move loads, ensuring clear communication, weight control, proper lashing, and worksite safety. Key Highlights: 1. Direct crane/hoist operators during cargo handling. 2. Ensure operational and worksite safety. 3. Monitor cargo weight and the condition of lashings. **Job Description:** Direct crane/hoist operators using specific hand signals or two-way radios during cargo handling, monitoring load weight, lashing condition, lifting hook, and locking mechanism; Responsible for communicating to equipment operators which movements to perform, when to start, and when to stop, ensuring safe load movement and preventing collisions and other accidents; Ensure the worksite is clear and safe, and that safety guidelines are followed throughout the lifting operation. **Requirements:** 16-hour Crane Signaler and/or Mini-Crane Signaler course – Certification – Completed **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + Dental plan + 4% discount on purchasing a real estate development. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
