Humanized patient care We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The professional will work in our laboratory, performing diagnostic specimen collections, processing samples, and contributing to the delivery of accurate and reliable results to our patients. * **Sample collection:** Collect blood, urine, and other biological materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs); * **Sample processing:** Prepare specimens for analysis, centrifuge, aliquot, and properly identify them; * **Equipment operation:** Operate laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and autoanalyzers; * **Quality control:** Ensure result accuracy by adhering to quality control protocols; * **Laboratory maintenance:** Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace; * **Patient care:** Provide humanized service and clarify patient questions regarding procedures. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Clinical Laboratory Technician certification; * **Experience:** Proven experience in diagnostic specimen collection and sample processing; * **Professional registration:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Biomedicine (CRBM); * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in collection techniques, sample preparation, and laboratory equipment operation; * **Skills:** Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork; * **Availability:** Willingness to work various shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with various types of specimen collection * **Availability:** Willingness to work various shifts We have positions available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
