Description: * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council); * Prior experience in occupational health, preferably in construction site environments; * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Competence in first aid and emergency/urgent care; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Accompany field teams, promoting initiatives aimed at professionals' health, safety, and well\-being; * Provide first aid and emergency support as needed; * Manage inventory and request materials related to the area; * Monitor and document all interventions, maintaining up-to-date medical records per occupational health regulations; * Support return-to-work and work-leave processes, reviewing medical certificates and arranging referrals when necessary; * Develop and conduct DDQSMS, specialized training sessions, and onboarding for new staff; * Assist the team in designing and implementing health promotion and accident prevention campaigns and educational activities; * Control and monitor occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, job function change, return-to-work, and termination), ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; * Support occupational health indicator management and completion of technical documents and reports; * Conduct site visits to construction fronts to assess working conditions and support field personnel. 2510290202531836821
