**Description** CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST AT A DEALERSHIP IN ARACAJU **Activities** Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving incidents and requests related to hardware; assemble, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; diagnose hardware failures, replace components, and contact suppliers when necessary; install, configure, and update equipment and operating systems; monitor technical tickets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service level agreements (SLA). **Requirements** * Experience in technical support for hardware and Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Currently enrolled in or completed technical or undergraduate studies in Information Technology, Networks, Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer maintenance, and Windows and/or Linux operating systems; basic networking knowledge (cabling, basic configuration, and connectivity). **Benefits** Transportation allowance; Meal voucher: SESC agreement for meal assistance.
