Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, deliver, and evaluate theoretical and practical nursing course subjects according to syllabi and teaching plans. * Supervise undergraduate thesis projects (TCC), research projects, and extension activities. * Actively participate in faculty meetings and course pedagogical planning initiatives. * Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of innovations in healthcare and teaching methodologies. * Contribute to the institution’s scientific output through publications and participation in academic events. Requirements and Qualifications Academic Qualifications: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Nursing or related fields. Teaching Experience: Proven experience at the higher education level, preferably in Nursing. Clinical Experience: Substantial professional experience in the field of practice. Registration: Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN).
