Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to create transformation! * Develop on-call shift schedules and record standby hours for teams; * Request materials and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used by teams; * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct required for daily activities; * Monitor service orders (SOs) executed by teams to ensure high-quality standards; * Support operational teams in resolving problems or handling more complex situations, aiming to meet identified needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other necessary inspections, applying technical knowledge; * Manage operational performance indicators; * Enter operational data into the system; * Handle initial regulatory agency processes; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). 2512170202551922463
