Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, analyze, and consolidate physical and financial measurements of contracts, based on field-executed services and established contractual criteria; * Validate measured quantities, verifying alignment with the contracted scope, schedule, unit prices, and commercial conditions stipulated in the contract; * Monitor the physical\-financial progress of contracts, identifying deviations, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in measurement processes; * Support contractual management in controlling contract amendments, rebalancing, claims, and scope revisions, providing technical information and historical measurement records; * Interact with field teams, engineering, planning, and suppliers to clarify doubts and align measurements; * Support the preparation of managerial reports and performance indicators related to measurements, billing, and physical progress; * Ensure proper archiving, traceability, and organization of contractual documentation and executed measurements; * Comply with and promote the application of internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, contributing to continuous process improvement; * Conduct external travel, when necessary, driving company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Driver’s License: Class B; * Prior experience with contract measurements, physical\-financial control, or contract management; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting contracts, scopes, budget spreadsheets, and schedules; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and communication capabilities across diverse departments.
