




Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for positions across various seniority levels; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and conducting structured selection processes; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority; * Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Gupy, LinkedIn, Vagas.com, or similar). * Align with and gather position requirements from hiring managers; * Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and other attraction channels; * Screen resumes and conduct candidate pre-selection; * Conduct telephone, video, or in-person interviews using a competency-based methodology; * Plan, organize, and facilitate group dynamics and assessment stages; * Prepare technical assessments and interview reports to support decision-making; * Accompany candidates throughout the entire selection process, ensuring clear, agile communication and a positive candidate experience; * Support offer negotiation and onboarding of approved candidates; * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen the employer brand; * Maintain an updated talent pool for future opportunities; * Ensure feedback is provided to unsuccessful candidates, where applicable; * Monitor and analyze Recruitment and Selection metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, PCD quota, and hiring manager satisfaction. 2512190202551368655
