**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and support meetings, workshops, events, projects, and other initiatives related to Social Responsibility;
* Promote social engagement among internal stakeholders in applying good Community Relations practices within the concession areas;
* Gather information, prepare technical reports, and interact with diverse social stakeholders;
* Establish and maintain relationships with key social actors (social organizations, schools, neighborhood associations, etc.), aiming to build trust-based connections;
* Implement social awareness programs for populations affected by water or sewage construction works, informing communities about the nature and importance of these projects while mitigating impacts on local communities within the company's areas of interest;
* Carry out administrative processes within the area (payments, reimbursements, purchases), ensuring initiative quality, compliance with internal procedures, and proper budget utilization;
* Support conflict mediation and management of social risks, facilitating dialogue and proposing solutions that strengthen the company's relationship with local communities;
* Interact with internal departments;
* Follow internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What we're looking for:**
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Business Administration, Social Communication, Psychology, Pedagogy, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in activities related to Social Responsibility, community relations, and socio-environmental projects;
* Availability for travel;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders;
* Proactive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment;
* Organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple topics and projects;
* Valid and permanent CNH "B" driver's license.
**Desirable:**
