**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Logistics Supervisor** to coordinate the company's logistics operations, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and support to technical and administrative departments.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise warehouse, shipping, and driver teams.
* Control material receipt, storage, inventory, stocktaking, and distribution.
* Plan delivery and pickup routes, optimizing time and resources.
* Monitor loading and unloading, ensuring material safety and integrity.
* Collaborate with the procurement department on goods receipt and verification.
* Manage fleet, documentation, PPEs, and safety regulations.
* Propose improvements to logistics processes and monitor KPIs.
* Prepare reports and support the department manager.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable).
* Experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and team management.
* Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and logistics management systems.
* Experience in logistics for technical installations, construction sites, or equipment will be an advantage.
