Job Summary:
Operates fleet vehicles, performs inspections, maintains records, complies with traffic laws, and organizes the yard.

**Working Hours:**
------------------------
* Rotating shift 6x1 \- 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM;
* Coverage of operator absences.
**Main Responsibilities:**
---------------------------
* Operate company fleet vehicles safely and efficiently;
* Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition;
* Maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and repairs performed on vehicles;
* Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations during driving operations;
* Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to supervision;
* Organize the yard to optimize physical space.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Driver's License Category B (mandatory);
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays (rotating shift 6x1\);
* Prior experience as a driver or fleet operator;
* Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in adverse traffic situations;
* Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
**Desirable Requirements (Preferred):**

* Familiarity with fleet management and vehicle tracking systems;
* Basic English;
* Courses in vehicle safety or defensive driving.
