Job Summary: A professional with a technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, experienced in Supply Chain and purchasing routines, to handle contract formalization and follow-up. Experience with emergency purchases and contract formalization Description: * Technical qualification in Building Construction or ongoing/completed higher education in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Experience in Supply Chain or similar role (internships will be considered). * Basic knowledge of Supply Chain routines and purchasing processes. * Preferred: familiarity with the Supply Chain module of Sienge and Prevision. * Maintain comparative quotation spreadsheets; * Conduct emergency purchases locally; * Formalize office purchases; * Submit requests in Sienge; * Assist in drafting and monitoring contract drafts; * Process addendums and emergency contracts. 2512050202181904736
