If you want to become part of our team, don't miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Perform routine (administrative) activities receiving constant guidance. * Work on maintaining existing processes. * Identify improvement opportunities in the processes in which you are involved. * Support recruitment and selection processes by mapping executive job profiles and requirements based on job descriptions, career paths, goals, and leadership's vision of the area's future and challenges, aiming to conduct a more accurate recruitment process so that candidates possess the necessary competencies for the role, as well as behavioral profiles aligned with BRF's culture and commitments. * Advertise job openings according to defined recruitment methods (internal, external active and/or passive, or mixed) and communication channels (go global, websites, social media, etc.). * Assist in resume screening, evaluating alignment with job profile descriptions and requirements. * Record and track selection processes to provide feedback to BPs and leaders, as well as generate data for departmental indicators. * Ensure final candidates receive feedback on the process, even if negative, expressing BRF's appreciation for their participation and interest in joining the team, while also supporting the admission and onboarding process for selected candidates. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF's Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, achievement of indicators, and fulfillment of the company's global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, ensuring alignment between your actions and sustainable development throughout BRF's value chain. **Education Requirements** ---------------------- High school diploma.
