From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Work on medium-complexity processes, identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting changes. * Lead projects within your area of expertise. * Analyze data/information and prepare studies to support decision-making. * Receive occasional guidance from leadership or more senior professionals to carry out responsibilities. * Establish ergonomics governance for your unit in alignment with SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) governance, ensuring deployment of the ergonomics strategy across all processes under your responsibility through established forums, committees, and routines defined in the governance standard and Ergonomics Program. * Interface with Occupational Health to align ergonomics strategies with the unit’s epidemiological monitoring, participate in investigations of complaints and occupational diseases, and guide work restrictions. * Interface with Occupational Safety to manage occupational risks based on risk groups. * Manage ergonomic risks—from task mapping through mitigation, control, or elimination—via ergonomic actions and improvements. * Map ergonomic risks across all processes using the BRF methodology, collecting and entering data into spreadsheets according to corporate standards. * Prepare Ergonomic Job Analyses for tasks/functions following the corporate-standard model. * Guide the development of action plans for risks identified in ergonomic assessments and monitor implementation via dedicated forums. * Record ergonomic actions and improvements implemented at the unit in a standardized technical dossier. * Serve as the technical reference and guardian of legal requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and relevant technical literature applicable to the segment and its associated risk factors—particularly concerning furniture and workstations, flooring, product handling, lifting and transportation of products and loads, animal reception and unloading, equipment and tools, working environmental conditions, personal protective equipment (PPE), work clothing, temporal organization of work, and activity organization. * Conduct weekly IPS (Index of Safe Practices) rounds, per the standardized methodology and schedule developed by the unit. * Participate in developing new process projects or improvement initiatives, specifying required technical parameters and contributing to FAM (Functional Analysis Matrix) completion at all stages. * Establish and jointly monitor, with Ergonomics Committees, routines for Breaks and Job Rotation, using standardized forms. * Deliver training to employees, leaders, CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), and CiQ (Continuous Improvement Groups) on topics related to Ergonomics and Occupational Health, aligned with current legislation and specific needs identified at the unit to strengthen focus on these subjects. * Manage area-specific indicators as defined in the Ergonomics Program. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Education, or Occupational Therapy, plus a postgraduate qualification in Ergonomics, Occupational Physical Therapy, or Production Engineering (Ergonomics emphasis). * OCRA Method Certification. * NIOSH by OCRA Certification.
