Assisting in resolving basic system issues, such as login errors, configuration problems, and functionality issues. Logging and tracking support tickets, documenting incidents and solutions. Guiding users by explaining processes and best practices for product usage. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, or technology-related fields.
