Great Place to Work company experiencing continuous growth **Main Responsibilities:** Collaborate with technology teams on Data Science projects; Mine data from primary and secondary sources; Clean and organize data to discard irrelevant information; Analyze and interpret results using statistical tools and techniques; Identify trends and patterns in datasets; Identify new opportunities for process improvement; Create and present reports to managers; Design, build, and maintain databases and data systems; Resolve code-related issues and data-related problems. **Requirements:** 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst; Experience with Azure Databricks; Experience in process automation; Knowledge of ETL; Experience in data gathering, processing, interpretation, and visualization to support decision-making; Proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, extracting, and manipulating data; Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI; Develop and maintain interactive and customized dashboards aligned with business needs; Experience identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing managerial reports focused on outcomes; English and Spanish — conversational proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Oracle database, including ability to perform queries and optimizations in complex environments. Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R.
