A strategic position with high visibility and direct impact **TownSq** is seeking a **Staff Software Engineer** with strong interest in strategy for building scalable solutions in a global environment. In this role, you will be one of our engineering team’s primary technical authorities and serve as the technical engine—possessing **deep expertise in software development**, capable of influencing and discussing architectural decisions, ensuring code quality while maintaining rapid delivery velocity.
