Development of skills in training and support Responsibilities: Conduct initial client contact to identify and diagnose conditions for system implementation. Establish the implementation schedule, including all project phases, defining dates, conditions, and responsibilities of all parties. Perform system installation and configuration remotely or on-site. Deliver system training and reviews remotely or on-site. Issue daily reports for each implementation phase to document occurrences.
